Airiel Down

So I tried to go to the Airiel Down CD release party at the Lincoln last night and had something new happen… after standing in line for about 15 minutes a guy came out and said they were sold out “for now”. I’m not sure what that meant and since it was like 25 degrees I decided not to hang around and find out since there were a bunch of people that had tickets already and I didn’t. The band must have brought a bunch of people with them because there couldn’t have been more than 100 people in line in front of me.
Anyway, I was looking forward to seeing them… especially since I would get a chance to see BOB again (from the Framing Hanley show). Good to know that local music is being supported though.
